I know. Open the bottle and store it's contents. Put colored water back in and find a way to seal it up to make it look like it's never been opened, then sell it.

That's what some dude was doing in the esoteric super high end wine market. No one really noticed for a looooong time.

Well, at least he was using wine to refill the bottles, but...

I attended / co-hosted a beer tasting Friday night with a bunch of people from work. We had quite a selection of sour/ wild yeast beers from Belgium and Russian River (CA). I brought a couple different bottles from my favorite new/small brewery in CA, called Almanac, as well as a couple (Adam and Fred) from Hair of the Dog in Portland, OR. A few people thought Adam was the best beer of the night. It's fantastic stuff.

I had my first taste of Westvleteren beer at this tasting -- all three kinds, actually -- and they all did not disappoint. My favorite was the 8, and was possibly my favorite of the night.

You sonofabitch wink! You know I'm extremely jealous, as we've privately discussed the Westy before. I honestly had plans to purchase a case - when I have the financial means - and clandestinely ship one to you. Now that you've tasted them, I'm even more eager to get a case of the 12.
