Roasted beef bone marrow on a sliced baguette sprinkled with Fleur de sel.

Buttered pappardelle with a slice of seared Foie gras.
or
Ricotta gnocchi with pulled braised beef short ribs.

Tomato and beet salad.

Lake Erie Perch with a dollop of tartar sauce.

No dessert.
