The Epicenter EP600 is going to transform your listening experience. With the help of XLF (an Intelligent DSP chip), you will finally hear spectacular deep bass -- as low as 15 Hz in a room! The EP600 XLF produces the deepest, smoothest, cleanest loud bass you will ever hear:
The Deepest. This subwoofer goes down to 16 Hz (anechoic response), creating sound so real you not only hear it - you actually feel it. Sure, claims of 16 Hz are made every day by manufacturers, but you'll only hear it if the sub is in a tiny closet-like room like the one they're measuring in. The EP600 is the first subwoofer to ever achieve it anechoically, in a room with no boundaries. You'll actually hear it all - guaranteed - and in most rooms, you'll even experience 15 Hz!
The Smoothest. The Intelligent DSP wants things to go smoothly all the time - no bumps in the road. Using a digital roadmap, the special algorithm controls every frequency from 16 Hz to 100 Hz, never deviating more than 1.5 dB through this entire range. With the EP600 you won't get 'bass boom' - you'll get clean, powerful bass that mines the depths of human hearing.
The Cleanest Loudest Bass. The EP600 plays louder than a live performance at Carnegie Hall - an amazing 122 dB! Don't worry about distortion - the Intelligent DSP won't allow it. Instead, it tightly controls the signals to the 600-watt power amplifier and massive 12-inch aluminum driver and its dual 3-inch voice coil to provide you with peak performance, never going over the edge into distortion. Crank it up - XLF makes the EP600 unbreakable!

"The EP600 is very musical, can play lower than we can hear, and when called upon can wreck the house with gut-wrenching high SPL. . . it is a true audiophile subwoofer with impressive slam."
"The EP-600s belted out huge amounts of tight lightning- fast undistorted LFE." -- Ray Adkins, Audioholics
"In one of the scenes in Master and Commander where canon blasts are surging from everywhere, I believed, wrongly, that the woofer cone would be ejected from the sub. Remarkably, there was no chuffing. Only the grille cloth was moving in sync to the rhythm of the woofer diaphragm; almost an hallucination. What about the thunder of the waves hitting the sail boat, literally making me seasick?" --
Robert Lussier, Quebec Audio Video
The Axiom speakers I reviewed were absolutely unbelievable. These speakers are without a doubt among the finest speakers built in Canada. They set a new benchmark for performance at this price and about the only thing left to say is "WOW!" -- Ray Adkins, Audioholics.com (on the Epic 80-600)
"Loud yet distortion free, powerful but never brutish, it never bottomed out. . . Where other subs strain, the EP600 was effortless. The EP600 is by far the best subwoofer we have yet tested."
-- Octavio Umana, Toronto HiFi
Below are a few of the many reviews that our customers have been kind enough to send us.
The EP-600 is everything I wanted in a subwoofer. It fills my 7000 cu ft space with clean quality bass. I love this sub for both HT and music. I have had several subs in the last couple of years including the Velodyne DD-18 (my previous favorite). The EP-600 is now the sub all others will be measured against. -- Robert K., CA
The EP-600 absolutely blows me away! i'm still in awe as it lays in my living room. I'm very pleased with you guys. im getting M-80s for xmas :-) -- Daniel V., NC
Hi guys, yes I received the EP600, what a piece of machinery!! I can't believe how well the M80's, QS8's and the VP150 blend together with this sub. It is a sound that I have been searching for, for some time now. -- Marty P., ON
Thank You for your fast shipping. The hardest thing about our transaction was the wait and you made it easier than expected.
I've been using high end equipment for 30 years and your 600 Sub is the best I've heard!
The biggest disappointment I have is that some movie soundtracks and CD's don't have the bottom end needed to allow this Sub to show it's stuff! Your Sub has put me on Top, in my circle of Home Theater Buffs. -- Gary G., CA USA
Thank you very much Brent! The EP600 is simply amazing and as usual you folks are clearly head and shoulders above any I've ever run across. -- Richard F., FL
Thanks for your help. My husband has already opened the box (it was suppose to be a Christmas present) and set up the subwoofer with the other axiom speakers. Last night we watched "Jurassic Park" and our sofa vibrated every time the T-Rex took a step. It was awesome! Happy Holidays. -- Melanie S., NC
Just thought I'll let you know after 2 evenings of fiddling with the subwoofer setup, and using an AVIA disc, I was able to mate the EP-600 with the m80tis, and the rest of the system beautifully. Boy, can this subwoofer go down low.... phew! Crank it up as high as your ears can handle it with any good movies or music with good tracks and you might think I have a full fledged theatre in the house without any signs of distortion in the sound. Awesome! I have yet to put some good DVD-Audios to use. -- Jim Z., NC
