Go with the OPPO. So far I haven't had any problem with it - and out performs the Denon in every way. I when through 3 Denon models and the Oppo up samples with incredble quality. I have a 60" monitor and the Denon always produced digial noise - thanks to the Faroudja chip. Save money and get one of the other Oppos minus that feature and you'll see the difference. Sound to out shines the Denon. Once you get the Oppo the differene is like have wax washed from your ears. You'll love it - and you love all the money you saved too!
