What's everyone's take on metal and I will try my best to find it if I have it or something similar.

The only thing I have out at the momment isn't metal per se, but hard rock, Van Halen's first and second albums have been remastered and sound quite good compared to the originals. VH is about as metal as my family allows me to play.

My son is into Lincoln Park and their CDs are pretty well recorded.
