Clicking on it takes you to a buy screen which makes the offer even clearer, although most of the characters are cyrillic, of course. If you'd care to take a shot at calling the (095) 737-73-37 number shown(095 is the area code for Moscow)it might not run too much. I suspect that Prince is never going to see any royalties out of this operation, but it may otherwise be legit.
