Nice stuff. I'm glad you're enjoying your gear, but don't you think you can overclock to over 4.2 MHz? From my very brief research, that's a typical OC with that chip, and a good percentage increase. But, then again, it is liquid cooled.... Is IntelBurnTest compatible with AMD processors (I know the prefix denotes Intel, but ya never know)? It's regarded by many as the ultimate CPU stress tester. It racked up the temps when I tested my Q6600 3.2 GHZ overclock, but it passed. I was noting that MHz was stated, not GHz. Oh. That's a really good underclock .

Well, with a 4000 watt amp, he needs all the electricity he can spare.

Well my old Sansui from 1973 with only 28W is much better than my onkyo 3310. LOL So I guess that there is no need to 4000 Watt for me. LOL my bad. Mistake my Denon for a Onkyo. LOL

JR, welcome, although I definitely feel something tugging at my leg. It should be pointed out that there're no such things as "watts RMS"; a watt is a defined unit of power and isn't subject to a Root Mean Square or any other type of average. You're probably aiming at watts being output continuously, rather than just peak output, but if that's the case your M22s are using about the same that mine do: 1 watt at a comfortably loud average level around 85dB and on the most dynamic classical material about 100 watts for a split-second peak around 105dB. The maximum capacity of the amplifier, regardless if it's 100 watts or 10,000 watts, doesn't change this.

Mr. Rogers.
Welcome, indeed!
You addressed each and every respondent. You rock!
You answered serious replies seriously, and jocular ones in context. You roll!
And you appear to dabble in excess. You rule!
Hope you hang around. GOD has always had a special place in his heart for anyone named Mr. Rogers.

... since i got out of the navy in 1974. Hey, my dad retired from the Navy in 1974. He was a Pork Chop (Supply Corps) and served on the Manley, Boston, Borie, and Puget Sound, among others. He's not much for audio, though. As long as he can hear the call on his Yankee games, he's happy.

Oh My Self! Your Dad is a Yankees fan!?!?!
How horrible for you and your family.
And how brave of you to say it publicly.
