Hey Ravi,
A couple of things to consider. 1) Humidity, 2) The possibility of condensation forming on the interior of the speaker cabinet and on the back side of the aluminum cones as well as the motors themselves.

Just about two minutes with the old hair dryer pointed into the "port hole" should take care of that potential problem (heh heh)

Man if you are 17 and you can afford all that you can probably afford to blow 2k on a high powered receiver ! Look into some Rotel, Onkyo, H&K too Maybe even Marantz

Hey,
And yes I did buy all of my gear, and yes it was very tight.
I got my self a summer job in the summer of 2001 and made 2500$ (canadian) so i thought i would buy a new set of speakers and that was the M22ti non se and that what started it!
