Jakewash's new room

I beleive this will be the final resting place for the system for a little while. I still have to hook the Wii up to the 3808 to eliminate the one set of wires leading up to the TV and do some major cable management behind the stands but it works great. The QS8's have never sounded this good and they were very good before! \:\)

PB13 Ultra if I'm not mistaken.

Great looking room, Jay!

Thanks to all for the compliments.

Cam, is correct, that is a PB 13 Ultra sub.

The couch is a modified Lazy Boy sectional called the Devon. We had thought about going with recliners in the middle but they were not as wide as the sofa/loveseat we went with. We are still looking for a suitable ottoman to replace that table. the picture and lamps were also picked up at Lazy boy.

And everyone is more than welcome to drop by anytime \:\)

I hope to have a few potential new Axiomites come by in the next little while for some auditions, so I have some last minute tweeking to do, although I am not sure I will get it done before the auditions. I am recovering from a pretty nasty cold (actually went to the doctor for this one) and still working on shelving in various rooms and a new dining room table top. The old one was a little small for the new house.

Hi Jay
Your new setup looks great. Everything has a place in front unlike your previous setup. What did you do with the extra QS8 you had in the rear of your old setup? I may have to make a special trip down to take a personal look / inspection. If you do a demo some time let me know and I may drop down with the A1400.
Mel

Thanks Mel.

I am trying to decide if I want to mount that 3rd QS8 for 6.1 in this space, as it sounds great the way it is, I think I have a bunch of testing to do \:\)

I would love to hear the system with the A1400 in this environment. I actually have a demo set up for April 3 or 4. Cameron is from Red Deer and is in Calgary that weekend. You are more than welcome to join the fun. I can let you know the particulars once finalized if that weekend works for you.

I don't have anything planned for that weekend yet Jay. Let me know if the demo is a definite happening and I'll show up.
