I know this has been mentioned countless times in the past, but I just felt I needed to chime in with my experience. Axiom's customer service is the best I've ever dealt, period. I had my pair of FO M2i for three weeks before I really took a good look at them and noticed a rather large dent in one of the tweeter domes. I emailed Brent about it and three days later, I had a replacement tweeter.
