Actually St Pat, i somehow don't think you were.
The Tannoys are lovely but i've never heard any of the new 'style' that i've liked nearly as much as those with the classic dual concentric driver. The only more inexpensive Tannoy model that has this now is the Sensys DC2. It is really too bad. Their Saturn model i thought was a very good buy and their Definition series which sold for 11 years had 'levels' right from 1k for the D300 up to 7k for the D900 model.
Now it seems to get that classic driver config you need to be putting out some serious cash for either the Dimension or
Prestige models.
