Zeb,looks like a fine system for your rather large room. I'll give some positioning rules of thumb(although there's acoustical reasons behind them). Put the sub in one of the corners behind the M80s(possibly the one farther from a doorway or other opening).

The M80 woofers should be at unequal distances from the floor and two nearest walls and probably at least 3 feet from the wall behind. They should be separated a distance about equal to the distance of your seat or a little bit less and toed in so that the tweeters point at your ears.

The VP150 would be either directly above or below the TV screen and possibly tilted slightly so that the tweeters point at ear level.

The common suggestion for surround speaker height is about 3 feet above ear level, but that isn't critical, especially with QSs. The side surrounds should be on the side wall about opposite to or slightly in front of the listening position. The back surrounds should be on the back wall separated about the same distance as the distance of the seating from the back wall.
