Pik, welcome. The 985(identical to 2805)should be excellent with your Axioms. If you'd do a board search for ecost you'd find quite a bit of discussion, mostly favorable, but with a couple of horror stories such as you get with almost any seller. As to refurbs in general, the feeling is that since they've had a problem fixed and been checked out, there's probably even a better chance of no future problem than with a brand new unit. Again of course, sometimes it doesn't work out that way.
