After working with my friend's 3805 this weekend, I will say that the H/Ks seem much easier to understand, at least as far as knowing what's going to happen when you put in this type of disc or use that input. Also, the Denon remote stinks on ice. The H/K remote merely stinks. But at least you can see the buttons in daylight and there's discreet buttons for each of the surround modes.
