I must admit, I was playing with the M3's and a set of Axiom stands(SS24) and was shocked how unstable they were! The dealer shook his head, seemingly to agree. He was not very knowledgable about the products, and could not say if this was a correct match. After looking on the web, it seems they are. The M22 are larger still, and maybe the correct stand for them is more sturdy. In this instance, it looked like an accident waiting to happen.....Securing them would be a must in most environments.
