I just found the HK8000 at Fry's electronics for 999.99 - I think I'm going to head back and pick it up (I sure hope its still there, was their last one) JasonG, Thanks for that link - I spent quite a bit of time on the SonyStyle web page and couldnt find anything that said they would handle a 4 ohm load - I really kinda hate their page set up Wish me luck!
