By rear surrounds I am assuming you mean side surrounds for a 5.1 system?
You could easily run cables up a corner by your receiver in something like this (cableorganizer.com):
Also could use that where the wall meets the ceiling, running your cords along the top corners and then have the wires come out for your ceiling mounted QS8's.
For the QS8 on the left, you can also get a track that is white and will attach to your ceiling so that you can get the QS8 out far enough from the back wall and the wires will be covered by a white track.
