I'm not aware of anything *very* similar to the Axioms, in the sense of being designed to have a full enclosure but still fit into the wall, but Paradigm and PSB have in-wall speakers which might be informative to look at. I know a few people who bought Paradigm in-walls over the last few years but nobody who bought them for "serious" listening other than as rear channels in a 7.1 HT.
