Congrats. The best thing about the Q series surrounds is they are SO good, you can place them almost anywhere -- albeit within reason. I just moved, and have been busy setting up my basement. Once again, I went through the process of speaker placement. The QS-8 ended up 2.5' above, and even with the back of the couches (or, just slightly back to where people's heads would be... maybe 8")
Of course, my first movie after re-setting up everything was Bourne Identity. (then the sequel... can you really just watch the one.
) Once again, in a different basement -- I'm floored by these surrounds.
