The upgrade bug has bit and I am already upping my speakers to M80's VP150 and QS8. I was planning to run them on my old onkyo TXDS676 85x5 but after looking at the LPA-1 it seems pretty nice for so cheap. So I might get one and use the onkyo as a pre/pro. So since I will be using only 5ch I am trying to see if I could use the other 2 for something else. I will have the axiom outdoor speakers on my back porch and 2 aura pro shakers under my seat. Another thing is the shakers are 4ohm and have a rms of 50w. So if I did both on one channel of the amp it would be 8ohms and not get enough power or 2ohms and I dont know if the LPA-1 would like that. Or I could do one per channel and they would get overpowered.
So what could/should I use the other 2ch for?
How would that hook up?
Can/how would I adjust the volume for the extra 2ch independently of the other 5ch? I would need to be able to adjust the indoor/outdoor speakers independently OR change the shakers intensity so its just right.
Is any of this possible?
