You would think an IT guy could figure this out. Anyway, my folks used to use AOL dial up, but I convinced them to get Qwest DSL with MSN premium for about the same price and lots faster.

Anyway, the problem they are having is in regards to printing emails. When they go to their inbox and try to print an email, it is almost like it is printing the html code that I see if I "view source". Below is portion of the email, any ideas why they are not seeing the email?
