I was looking at the HK AVR247 on eCost.com It looks pretty cheap and comes with taxes duty and shipping for 500$
Or the AVR 147 for 400$

Are these refurbished ?It doesn't say if they are, the 247 is 699+tax and the 147 is 549$ here at FS.
