My EP500 is set at 7 o'clock (that's Central time ;\) ) with a calibration setting of -3 dB. I've got a closet door in the room that rattles if I don't keep it ajar during calibration or heavy LFE sequences in movies. Movie playback levels greatly depends on the LFE track. I generally run from -8 to +5 dB off of calibration, with DTS format needing the higher boost for whatever reason. At these settings, the sub can be felt throughout the entire house, some 4300 sq ft.

If you've got your 350 maxxed out, I'd say you should look at your AVR settings.
