Do you listen to music or watch movies.

The M50 and M3s are more laid back than the M60s, but all would work very well in your room. I do feel a floorstander is better than any bookshelf but that is just me, there are some that swear by bookshelf speakers, right JohnK;\)

I would doubt the Onkyo would have much affect to the sound and is very capable of driving any of the speakers you have listed to some very high SPL.
