NDinUSA veteran N Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 119 Fargo, ND USA	Only con I can think of is worrying about water seepage. If you don't have that worry, then you should be fine. I have 2 electric sump pumps and a 24V battery backup sump pump to combat the worries. Don't die with a clean shop!
