OK... yea, I knew not to put them in an actual cabinet, however I didn't know what to call the actual wooden frame that makes up a speaker and my father always called it a speaker cabnit. I guess I was trying to reference what you called horizontal dispersion. I figured the Woofer/Mid/Tweeter were placed in a wooden frame (or cabnit) to make a speaker that provided sound in a particular way.
I figured that it wouldn't be the ideal setup for the M60 to be put sideways, but wanted to make sure. I thought that if it was a decent setup, that axiom would advertise that on the speaker pages.
