We had some friends bring a Turducken for dinner once. I thought it was pretty nasty. Greasy and kind of gamey. Of course, I'm sure the quality varies tremendously depending on where the Turducken comes from and how it was cooked. YMMV.

Heck, I'll be on the forum more over the Thanksgiving holiday, as an escape from the relatives....
