Hey everyone,

The m22's arrived and I'm enjoying the faceoff between them and the M3's.

I got these for my dining room / kitchen, which is a large open room. Unfortunately I can't just put the speakers on stands, because I need them to be in the dining room, facing the kitchen, and a friggin doorway is in the way.

How bad would it be to mount M22's up above a doorway? Is this a terrible no no? We have 11' ceilings, so theres plenty of room up there. This would give me 2' from the side walls, and about 10' in between the two. [but they would be sitting at 8']

The other option is that I mount them on stands, and put them close together in the middle of the room. This would mean they each have about 5' from the side walls, and 4' in between each other - but they'd be at the proper height.

I could also have one 5' from the wall, and the other 2' from the wall, but it would look like crap.

I've been moving them around playing with sound, but I have no way to test out mounting them above, without buying expensive mounts... So any feedback is much appreciated.
