There was definately something amiss. I really don't think it was the MCACC. This was at Magnolia AV in Santa Monica. The room had over a dozen different speakers and equally as many receivers, dvd/cd players, all controlled by a touch screen podium. The Pioneer may have been calibrated, but it couldn't have been calibrated for all the speakers in the room. I suspect the tone controls had been messed with on the Denon, or something was simply hooked up wrong.
