I purchased some factory outlet M22s, VP150, and QS4s about 3 months ago, and maybe a month after I noticed that one of the M22s sounded like it was blown. However, it was not all the time and it is not reproducable. At sufficiently high volumes I never notice the problem, but when there it a low level sound being played (usually brass and woodwind instruments during soundtracks), I notice the problem about 10% of the time.

I swapped the M22s and notice the problem from the same speaker so it must be a problem within the speaker itself. I'm wondering if it may be just some electrical problem inside the speaker since the woofers don't seem to be blown.

I'm using a Pioneer Elite 45TX as the receiver and SVS 20-39 PCi sub.
