Someone tell me why I shouldn't get an Emotiva UPA-5.

Right now I have:
LG 47SL90
Yamaha RX-V663
Panasonic DMP-BD55
Axiom Audio M22s, VP100, QS8s
Velodyne SMS-1
Outlaw Audio LFM-1 PLUS

The other upgrade path that I am considering is a Denon 790/890 if I can find a good deal.

What do you guys think?
