I looked this site over and there are 2 things that look odd about it.
1) The public is encouraged to vote for specific vehicles submitted to be voted on, but I didn't see any rules governing why we should vote on any particular vehicle.
2) Near the end of the instructions called General Instructions, is this number 11, that says if the winner can't answer some stupid mathematical question, then too bad, we don't have to award him the grand prize. Whee. We run a contest, get their vehicle to use at our discresion (spelling?) and don't have to pay anything for it.
11. In order to be awarded the Grand Prize, the Participant with the Selected Entry must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without electronic, mechanical or any other kind of assistance.
