Has anyone here tried an
Onkyo M-282 , 2 channel amp? they appear to NOT be 4 ohm rated, although they are described as high current. Just wondering, because I found a place online that has them listed at $108 US, about 1/3 list I believe.
I've got the M-282Pro in my rack (same amp w/ears) but I can't tell you much for driving Axioms.
It's driving 2 sets of ceiling speakers in my Living area for my whole house audio. That's the one in another thread I mentioned I need more volume out of. But I don't think that has anything to do with the AMP.
I can tell you it's been running or in standby 24/7 for about a year with no problems, if that helps
Where on line for $108, I'll take a couple more!
