If you are looking for a neutral speaker I would look at the Ascend Acoustics CBM-170. The measurements conducted by the NRC show this speaker to measure extremely well for its price point.

Do note that these are 3rd party measurements for the ti version and not the V2 so there have been improvements from the ti to V2. If you have the ability to place a matching vertical speaker this would be optimal.
