Size and sound were the difference. I already had bookshelf type speakers and one reason i wanted to replace them was the smaller soundstage they produced.
I was hoping the Axiom M22 could potentially improve that sound, which they did, but only in quality, not in quantity.
Overall the M60s had a bigger, broader display of sound which is what i was looking for (a true 3way full size tower).
