I don't get here as often as I would like, so I guess it's time to give you my annual update.
"keep it short" comes the reply from the cheap seats.
As I just turned 65 it's probably time to put my house in order. Except I don't own a house as I sold mine last August and moved in with my girlfriend (yes Jack, it's been the same one for the last 2 1/2 years).
Well early this summer we sold her house and have bought a home together. It should be perfect for us, the Master bedroom is on the ground floor, so we can age in place Two bedrooms and huge loft on the second floor so we can have grand kids and friendsand family stay over.
And as I finally get a double garage there is also a 370z in my dreams and hopefully in my future.
Space down the basement for an exercise area and a dedicated HT room so all is good.
