Johnny, welcome. There really isn't such a thing as a "best" receiver or any need to "match" a receiver to a specific speaker. The M60(and the other Axiom speakers)is of average sensitivity and any of the receivers typically rated anywhere in the 100 watt area is fine for powering it at all safe listening levels at the usual home listening distances.
Get the features that you want at the best price you can find that fits your budget. You don't mention a budget, so I won't make a specific suggestion, but in general it can be said that the best buys are available in factory refurbished units, which should be at least as reliable as a brand-new one. You might take a look at
