I thought every state had mandatory DUI penalties. You probably fail the min. blood alcohol to be punished, if you sniffed a beer 30 minutes ago. At least, that's my impression.

I used to drink and drive like crazy. I was just lucky. That was the 1970's and early 1980's for me. Today, I allow myself one or 2 a day, but never drive afterwards. I'm all for the DUI laws. But, does that include other drugs, or are those tests only for alcohol usage?
