A lot of receivers in the past had a global crossover setting for all speakers, but modern receivers should have independent settings for each speakers. Maybe if it is a lower end model it does not. Anyway, you don't want to lower the crossover of a speaker as you will lose the correction done by Audyssey. So you may have to use 100, since that is the highest one reported. All speakers would be "small" since a crossover point is being used. Also LFE is what you want. The sub crossover should actually be at 100-120, which is really a low pass filter, you don't really crossover a sub.
If you rerun Audyssey, you may get different results. Make sure you take all locations, per the instructions, and make sure the room is very quiet during the entire process.
