It is when you turn the volume too high and there is no longer a waveform and the signal jumps straight across instead of making nice waves? Cause I think I just read something about clipping if you dont have a good enough amp/receiver to power speakers - If you dont have a powerful enough amp/receiver can you damage speakers?
