Yes the Elmer's #233 for specialty ceramics. It had quite a floral note with a hint of cinammon.

The primary solvent in this is acetone. That's a plus because if i didn't use enough of the glue and the plug releases, i can clean the area easy with acetone and start again.
I added what i figured was about the same amount of glue compared to the amount i removed during cleaning. Most of it came off in one strip. There were two strips of glue; one around the base holding the mass loaded plug, and one around the dust cap edge.
