I have returned the Axiom speakers because I was looking for "another sound" (more expensive but still) *BUT* I can say that Axiom has a 5 stars service both on the web and over the phone. This thread should be sticky and should stay on top because not all of us have kept the Axiom but everybody agrees that the level of service of this company is excellent. I also have Vandersteen speakers wich IMO are high end speakers but you can't even send a e-mail to the company...... The only way to speak with somebody is to call but don't even think to have some recommendations...... I hope Axiom is making good profit on their speaker and that they will be able to keep their good service and NO, I don't own Axiom speakers and NO I don't know anybody who works for Axiom.
