New setup looks great. Speaker and couch placement could probably both be profitably tweaked though... I would pull the couch out a bit from the wall as well, or put some kind of less-reflective wall hanging behind it. My brother-in-law has a big fuzzy picture of a moose which doesn't fit the room decor at all but really seemed to help tame the reflections.

I wouldn't bother moving the couch out of the room, that seems like too much work. My first thought would be to move the ottoman etc... off the rug, pull the rug out from under your stand, turn the M80's sidewards against the wall, then drag rug plus sofa *towards* the screen about 6 inches.

Once that is done (assuming you aren't all organized and have some kind of rubber/foam underlay stopping the rug from moving) then move the M80s forward enough to put them completely on the rug, and pull the VP180 forward a bit as well so the edge is flush or forward of the stand.

At that point you'll probably be thinking "bleah, what I need now is some kind of frame/shelf to move the TV a foot closer to me" so it aligns better with the speakers, but I suspect that would be worth it as well.

Sorry for all the "nice system now make all these changes" comments we're giving you, but it *is* a really nice room so we're just trying to help make it perfect smile
