I'm obviously not from Axiom, but as you know, I just received my M60's recently!
Anyway, yes the M60's come with spikes (and rubber feet). I'm sorry, but I did not measure my speakers without the spikes. However, with the spikes screwed in, they add about 1/2 inch to the speaker. I have installed my spikes and they are sitting on berber carpet with about 1/2 pad, so the speakers sit right on top of the carpet without seeming to add additional height. Does that help at all?
