Loose
I have the
subwoofer that mace is referring too. For the money it is a great subwoofer. However, it does not compare to the SVS or HSU subwoofers. I like mine, but wish I had the money and the space to upgrade (I live in a studio so more than I have would be over kill).
That sub works hard and does well, but at times it is a bit loose or mushy. Though that is more of a problem with CD and SACD and less of an issue for Movies. I personally wish I had something ‘tighter’ (peter don't be a perv!). Whatever that might mean.
All that said I would still recommend it. For the price you can't find anything better and it will push a lot of air for a small/medium room!
