......................FIST? You will have to be in your late 20's or older to remember these guy's but they have always been a great party band to listen to. Anyway, I was doing some email communication with Ron Chenier the founder and lead singer of FIST and he mentioned that there is a grassroots movement to get them into the Rock & Roll hall of fame up in here in Canada.
