Have I used them? No never! They're lovely brackets, they also my VP150 up on the wall and that's a big speaker O.O




Always mount them instead a stud, that's your biggest hurdle. My center is actually mounted to a 2x6 piece of cedar, mounted firmly between two studs, so that speaker isn't going anywhere. Similar method for the QS8's, big block of cedar actually hooks onto and is secure to the stud, they aren't going anywhere either (which is good because the sub gives them quiet a shake).
