I have the 150 center and the FMB, except mine is wall mounted, tilted slighly downward. the 150, as do other Axiom speakers has a threded alen screw. The FMB attaches this way. The FMB was spcefically designed for the threded cabinet screw (1) only needed, DO NOT put any other screws in the cabinet!! The FMB with this set-up is very strong, But you will want to screw (2 provided) wood screws into the rafter if it were me. If the rafter does not line up, If you want EXACT placement dead center on the 150 is where the threaded screw is, you can use a wood base (I used oak cause it's strong and looks great with my mansfield beach speaker) as the 150 is not a real light speaker. The FMB does ALMOST a full swivel. That is to say whith the FMB attached to the ceiling, the 150 would go almost a full 90 forward, down, and back. I would assume you would mount it so the 150 is forward, thus the bracket is mostly concealed above the 150. It should look real clean. It's a great solution. If you PM me I will email you a pic of mine, seeing as I can't figure out how to pics at this site. Jon
