When I use the Avia disc to calibrate my sub and mains, the mains(M22ti's) are putting out more bass when the tone cyles to just the sub!. I have turned the gain on the sub right off to check and still the M22ti still is making bass when it's the sub's turn? I don't want to calibrate with the mains off, cause the sound will be way off when all the speakers are running when watching a movie. How can I accurately calibrate my sub without the other speakers "butting"in? My receiver is set at THX-"YES", which automatically(supposed)to x-over at 80hz,x-over on sub is "disabled"(SVS-20-39PC+), mains automatically set to "small" at the THX setting.Maybe the x-over in my receiver is garbage, allowing the M22ti's to play when it's not their turn?.The M22ti's should not put out much bass at 40hz... and I think the subwoofer tone is around 80hz?
Thanks for the help,Huck
