Welcome. I think you'd be very pleased with the M22's in that room, especially with that nice sub. It seems that most people who have heard both models assess the timbre as being very similar. Obviously, the M60 is going to be able to push more air, but unless you have tall ceilings or need ear-splitting volumes, you'll likely be quite satisfied with the M22 in that application.
Remember that you'll need stands for the M22, or at least a good place to put them that will not compromise their performance. Speaker placement and room acoustics have a lot to do with system performance.
What kind of receiver will you be using to drive this piece of aural nirvana?
